Regional Security Group is a contract security company operating from Grand Rapids across a multi-state footprint: officers on post, mobile patrol, executive protection, and site-specific protective operations. That is the work, and everything else here exists to make that work better.
Most of what we know is published on this site. The industry knowledge centers, the facility assessments, the operational checklists, the article library — that is not marketing content written to rank. It is the same doctrine our supervisors use to write post orders and train officers, made public. A client can read exactly how we think about their environment before they ever sign anything.
We train, and we are asked to teach. Every Regional officer completes an internal training program before deployment, and we are brought in by other operators and industry groups to speak on security operations, post order discipline, and program design. Raising the floor across the industry is not a side project — it is how a contract security company earns the right to be measured against something better than price per hour.
And we build. ODIN is our own intelligence platform, developed in-house rather than licensed: it ingests field reports, grades documented officer actions against site SOPs, escalates critical deviations automatically, and produces structured intelligence briefs on demand. Most security companies buy software. We wrote ours, because the reporting standard we wanted did not exist.

Written, site-specific, reviewed with the client; not generic templates handed to an officer on the first shift.

Every shift produces a record. Incidents are documented and escalated on defined timelines, not left to memory or word of mouth.
Supervisor Oversight
Field supervision and post checks. Officers are not placed on a site and left unattended for the duration of a contract.
